Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

To request a return, customers must contact us with their order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Primepackings reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy standards.
